Terms of Service
These terms protect you and The Uniontown Ledger and set clear expectations for story submissions, release notices, monthly mail interest, and Ledger Story Film project requests.
Current Paid Project
The current paid project is the Ledger Story Film: one story-driven video up to 90 seconds with one selected format and one revision round. Online checkout is being prepared, so project requests are reviewed before payment instructions are sent.
Project Cooperation
Story film work requires clear source material, project goals, feedback, and timely communication. Final direction depends on the information you provide.
Material Rights
You confirm you have rights to the materials, links, facts, names, and references you submit, and permission for any reuse required to create the requested project.
Revisions and Scope
The base package includes one revision round. Add-ons may extend scope, format, length, copy support, or revision time, but they do not create unlimited edits or a separate project unless quoted separately.
Story Submissions
Local story submissions may be reviewed for future Uniontown Ledger content according to the permission you select when submitting.
Payments
Payment gateway integration is not live yet. Payment instructions or next steps will be sent after a project request is reviewed.
Refund and Cancellation
Refund and cancellation details will be reviewed with the client before payment is collected.
